My green Card is Lost/Stolen/Expired

If your green card is lost, stolen, or expired and you HAVE not been out of the U.S. for more than a year, please bring the following with you to the Embassy any Monday-Friday between 8:30-9:00. You will also need to complete a form that is available at the Embassy.

• Evidence of green card status (stamp in passport, photocopy of card)
• $ 165
• Two photos

Please note the Embassy does DOES NOT issue replacement green cards.  New green cards can only be obtained in the United States from the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
