Application RequirementsPlease bring the following to the Embassy for your appointment: 1) Your most recent United States passport; 2) Orginal or certified copies of documents including all passports and proof of citizenship. 3) Proof of identity (2 of the following):

10) If your previous passport contains a picture of you as a small child, you may need to bring pictures showing your physical development since the previous passport picture was taken, and/or other proof of identity. 11) Additional documents may be required depending upon the circumstances of your case. Method of ApplicationYou are required to apply for the passport in person at this office through appointment only. Processing TimeAn application for a full-validity (ten years for applicants age 16 or over; five years for children under age 16) passport will be sent to the United States for printing with a secure, photo-digitized image of the bearer. Passport times vary depending on workload. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the application to be processed. |
