CONSULAR AGENT IN HAIFA

Jonathan Friedland serves as a Consular Agent in Haifa for the Embassy of the United States in Tel Aviv.

He is available for processing routine passport renewals, consular reports of birth abroad and notarial services. His office also provides assistance with regard to Federal Benefits, including Social Security, IRS forms, absentee voting, registration for the Selective Service, standardized US university testing, and similar matters. His office does not provide visa services and cannot answer questions about visa processing or law.

Please call or email Mr. Friedland to learn what you will need to bring to his offices to receive these services. You must make an appointment for passport, report of birth, and notarial services. The office is open Sundays through Thursdays, and is located in the centrally sited German Colony in the lower part of Haifa. Appointment hours are generally in the morning, though afternoon hours are provided at least once a week, as well. His offices are
